About The Event
Friday’s Yoga class:
Every Friday I host a live Zoom Yoga class. Yoga has improved my physical, emotional, and spiritual life, and one of my goals as a teacher is to guide others to experience these benefits. I invite you to join me.
What to expect:
In this class you can expect to—focus on the rhythm of the breath—move through a creative and flowing sequence of postures building heat and energy, connecting breath and movement (Vinyasa)—hold poses for lengths of time while being led into proper alignment to help develop strength and ease (Hatha)—meditate and rest.
Who can attend this class:
Classes are for all levels, meaning, whether you are new to Yoga or a long-term practitioner, you are welcome to attend. I design my classes to be challenging for advanced students, yet accessible to beginner students. I am on the mat through-out the class for those who need to see the poses and movement and I offer modifications and variations for newcomers and for those with injuries or limitations. A yoga mat is suggested, as are props such as yoga blocks, straps, square or bolster pillows, and blankets.
The rewards of Yoga practice:
A regular Yoga practice will help you get both physically and mentally fit. Our bodies become stronger and more flexible, and our minds turn even-keeled, balanced, clear, and calm. Please join me on this journey of well-being and awake-ness, your life will improve immensely.

How to attend once you’ve registered.
You will receive an email confirmation once you’ve completed your purchase. You will be provided a ZOOM invite link 30 minutes prior to the class. If you need any assistance or have concerns in regards to using Zoom, please feel free to contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that class registration closes 30 minutes before the start of class.
