The purpose of this space is to help those who are struggling with anxiety, fear, depression, addiction, and mental illness. Through contemplative practices such as Yoga and Buddhism, it is my hope to interest others into delving deeper into the inside work. I believe that when we honestly look at our behaviors, thoughts, feelings, emotions, and belief systems—and work with them—we can alleviate the causes of our suffering and bring about joy and happiness. In addition to teaching Yoga, Buddhism, and meditation, my intention is to guide others via my podcast, blog, and YouTube channel.
