Membership One (Unlimited)

A regular Yoga practice will help you get both physically and mentally fit. Our bodies become stronger and more flexible, and our minds turn even-keeled, balanced, clear, and calm. By subscribing for a monthly membership you will unlimited access to all online classes at a discounted rate.

By subscribing to Membership One you will have:

  • Unlimited access to all online classes
  • Class pass at a discounted rate
  • Class recordings are not included in this package 

Classes are for all levels, meaning, whether you are new to Yoga or a long-term practitioner, you are welcome to attend. I design my classes to be challenging for advanced students, yet accessible to beginner students. I am on the mat through-out the class for those who need to see the poses and movement and I offer modifications and variations for newcomers and for those with injuries or limitations. A yoga mat is suggested, as are props such as yoga blocks, straps, square or bolster pillows, and blankets.

Online/streaming Yoga classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

All registered members will receive a zoom invite link 30 minutes prior to each class. No additional reservations required. 

Membership fee will be billed once a month. Cancellations are welcome at any time. To cancel your membership, send an email to carltvreeland@gmail.com with CANCEL in the subject line.
