In my classes, we will. . .
- Rhythmically focus on the breath (Prana), connecting breath and movement.
- Move through a creative and flowing sequence of postures building heat and energy (Vinyasa).
- Develop strength and ease.
- Rest in a guided meditation (Yoga Nidra).
