This is a 15 minute guided class with 3 minutes of silence and closing guidance.
A Yoga Class for those on the run. A quick 45 minute All Levels class, starting with an easy flow and ending in a 4 minute resting pose (complete with winter holiday background)!
This is a Zoom Yoga class recording bundle. It consists of 4 Yoga classes that were recorded while streaming. They are edited and vary in length. Each class runs approximately 50 to 60 minutes. They are all level classes.
In this 60 minute Vinyasa/Hatha class, Carl guides you through an All Levels class. He offers modifications, a brief meditation, and a final resting pose.
Group Yoga classes are offered for families or small groups of up to six people. They are can be personalized to all levels of practitioners, i.e., beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The movement and mindful breathing will leave you feeling grounded, energized, calm, and centered.
