Carl T. Vreeland

My purpose is to help others, whether that be helping those who are struggling with anxiety, anger, fear, depression, addiction, trauma, mental illness, or suicidal ideation, or those who are suffering from loneliness, restlessness, and discontent. Through contemplative practices such as Yoga, Buddhism, Taoism, and the Twelve Step Program, it is my hope to interest others into delving deeper into the inside work. I believe that when we honestly look at our behaviors, thoughts, feelings, and belief systems—and work with them—we can alleviate the causes of our suffering and bring about joy and happiness. In addition to teaching Yoga and meditation, my intention is to guide others by way of my podcast, blog, and YouTube channel.
